I am a Jungian Psychotherapist, Counsellor and Art Therapist with over 25 years of experience working in the NHS (CAMHS) and private practice. I am a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC), The Society of Analytical Psychology (SAP), and the International Association for Analytical Psychology (IAAP).
I offer a confidential, safe, and respectful environment that enables my clients to consider their feelings by exploring their life experiences in depth. These may encompass general daily life anxieties or more complex clinical problems and challenging situations.
I specialise in talking therapy and art therapy to treat a range of clinical problems, including:
- Trauma
- Anxiety Disorder
- Eating Disorders
- Addiction
- Depression
- Difficulties Expressing Feelings Of Anger
- Relationships problems
- Personality Disorders
- Psychosexual Difficulties
- Gender Identity Issues
- Grief & Loss
- Everyday Difficulties
My approach is psychodynamic, analytic, and relational. I believe that each person is unique in how they experience life and its inherent dilemmas, conflicts, and traumas. I also believe every person is unique in their hopes, dreams, and aspirations. My therapeutic approach focuses on helping clients develop a deep understanding of their inner world. This understanding can help provide purpose and meaning, and can help clients to find a way forward that might not otherwise feel possible.
I offer psychotherapy, counselling and art therapy for individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. I see clients in person in the historic and picturesque village of Seer Green in Beaconsfield. Online therapy is also available.
