Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy that helps individuals explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. It is designed to support you through a range of emotional difficulties, mental health issues, and life challenges. In our sessions, we'll work together to gain deeper insights into your experiences, helping you to understand and manage your emotions more effectively.

Available Formats:

In Person: Sessions take place in a confidential and comfortable setting, allowing for face-to-face interaction.

Online or Over the Phone: For those who prefer or require remote sessions, I offer the same level of care and support through secure, encrypted online platforms or over the phone.

Art-Based Psychotherapy

Art-based Psychotherapy combines traditional psychotherapeutic techniques with creative processes, such as visual arts, drama, and movement. This approach is particularly effective when words alone are not enough to express complex emotions or experiences. Through art, you can explore and process challenging emotions, traumas, and conflicts in a non-verbal, expressive way.

Available Formats:

In Person: Engage in creative activities within a safe and private setting, where materials and space are provided for you to express yourself freely.

Online or Over the Phone: Art-based therapy can also be conducted remotely. While it may require some adaptation, I guide you in using materials available at home to continue your creative exploration.
